1. Canada is one of the safest places to live!
In a world full of crime and worrying about your safety, it is hard to imagine that there’s a country that provides you with safety and a peaceful living. But Canada does just that. According to the Global Peace Index (GPI), Canada is one of the safest countries in the world.
The country came in number 11, scoring 7.42 in 2021 in the GPI.
There are lower crime rates and low military action, meaning that Canada has become the mainstay for peaceful living.
If you want to take a deeper dive, you can look at the safety of all of the cities and how peaceful they are.
The city of St. Catharines in Ontario has been nicknamed the Garden City because it has both natural beauty and quaint city life with a thriving art and theater scene. Situated next to Niagara Falls, the city has one of the safest environments with low crime rates and has continually declining crime rates according to Statistics Canada,
Ottawa is also a great place to move. It has a beautiful blend of English and French speakers and has one of the biggest growing job markets around. It offers both employment and amazing festivals like the Winterlude Winter Carnival.

We know that moving can be very challenging, especially when it comes to moving to a new county. But with these 5 reasons to move to Canada, I see no reason why anyone would choose elsewhere. It is a beautiful country with rich history and so much more to learn than meets the eye.
What sticks out is that the country has a high quality of life and that it is one of the safest countries in the world. And word on the street says that it is one heck of a happy country!
With all of these amazing reasons, I too would be a very happy and satisfied person.
