
Halloween Cocktail – Smoky Rosemary Paloma
If you are throwing a Halloween party for adults this year, how about a moody, smoky rosemary paloma from Brockmans Gin – a decadent twist on one of our favourite libations.
The sumptuous smoothness of Brockmans Agave Cut with grapefruit juice, lime, and soda shaken with a touch of rosemary syrup to make for a perfectly balanced, light and zesty cocktail. Add a dramatic, spooky flair with a smoked rosemary garnish.

Ingredients:
- 50ml Brockmans Agave Cut
- 12.5ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Pink Grapefruit juice
- 7.5ml Rosemary Syrup
- 50ml Soda
- Grapefruit Twist and Smoked Rosemary Garnish.
Method:
- Add all non-carbonated ingredients to a shaker, add ice and shake hard for five seconds
- Strain into an ice filled glass and top with soda.
- Garnish with a twist of grapefruit and a smoked sprig of rosemary.
