My favourite features include how the HG4 propels those tiny crumbs out of cracks – ones you can’t normally get with an upright vacuum. I also love the fact that I can control everything from my phone. The bonus is the entertainment factor it provides for the family. It’s quite mesmerising to watch.
Now that I have one, I don’t know what I would do without it. The only thing it can’t do is stairs, but it’s lightweight and easy to transport up and down floors.”
