In collaboration with regional partners in the Black Forest, the solid oak and walnut woods are dried for weeks, precisely milled and repeatedly inspected by hand as part of 40 quality checks.

Where technical precision and elegance meet, the next innovation is hidden inside alongside the planetary gear for triple rolling speed: A slider below the grinding gauge allows for six different angles (25°, 22°, 20°, 15°, 13°, 10°).
