·       Add the ingredients to a blender until slushy.

·       Garnish the drink with a dried grapefruit slice.

Teeling Frozen Irish Coffee

50ml TEELING Small Batch

25ml Espresso

50ml Monin Hazelnut Syrup

25ml Soft Serve Ice Cream Mix

50ml Milk

50ml Coconut Syrup

·       Add the ingredients to a blender until slushy.

·       Garnish the drink with a crushed digestive biscuit

Ginger Mojito

60ml BACARDI CARTA BLANCA

10ml LIME JUICE

60ml GINGER BEER

·       Add the ingredients to a blender until slushy.

·       Garnish the drink with fresh mint and a slice of ginger

Bramble Chocolate Negroni Slushie

40ml BOMBAY BRAMBLE

30ml MARTINI BITTERS

30ml MARTINI ROSSO

40ml WATER

20ml RASPBERRY SYRUP

3 dashes CHOCOLATE BITTERS

·       Add the ingredients to a blender until slushy.

·       Garnish the drink with fresh raspberries and a piece of dark chocolate.

Frozen Pina Colada

50 ML BACARDÍ COCONUT RUM

37.5 ML COCO REÀL®

37.5 ML PINEAPPLE JUICE

1 CUP(S) ICE

·       Combine all ingredients in a blender.

·       Add 1 cup of ice and blend until a slushy consistency forms.

·       Serve in a highball glass.

·       Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry flag.

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

50 ML BACARDÍ CARTA BLANCA RUM

25 ML FRESH LIME JUICE

25 ML SIMPLE SYRUP (1:1)

6 STRAWBERRIES

1 CUP(S) CRUSHED ICE

SINGLE STRAWBERRY AS GARNISH

·       Combine all ingredients in a blender.

·       Add 1 cup of crushed ice and blend until a slushy consistency forms.

·       Serve in individual coupettes or tall cocktail glasses.

·       Garnish with a single strawberry.

Frozen Margarita

120 ml PATRON SILVER

45 ml CITRONGE ORANGE LIQUEUR

30 ml LIME JUICE

15 ml ORANGE JUICE

30 ml AGAVE SYRUP (50/50)

·       Add ingredients to blender and fill with ice just above liquid line.

·       Blend until a uniform consistency is achieved. (Add more ice to blender if desired.)

·       Pour into a coupe.

·       Garnish with lime and lemon wheel.
