To celebrate my son’s fourth birthday, my family and I headed to Benihana Chelsea – and what an unforgettable experience it turned out to be. From the very moment we stepped through the doors, it was clear this wasn’t just about dining – it was about creating lasting memories, especially for families. Our boys were in their element. The kids’ menus cleverly folded into paper hats, which soon became part of the fun. It was their first time trying Japanese food, so chopsticks were a novelty in themselves – cue plenty of laughter and proud moments when they managed to master a bite or two.
