Home Makeover – Bathroom
Concept and how we did it
In this room it was all about getting rid of the bright yellow paint, which clashed with the bathroom tiles.
We opted for an illustrated fern style 01 wallpaper from Lick Paint. It added elegance to what was a very bright and loud space previously. As soon as we changed this it neutralised the colour of the tiles and allowed the white bathroom suite to appear fresh again.
Here are a few simple ways to update your bathroom space on a budget.

1. Decorate
We painted over the bright yellow wall and put up some wallpaper from Lick Paint. We then also added a feature mirror the Solstice 60 from Hib Bathrooms. It lights up at the touch of a button and transforms any bathroom into a modern space.
2. A new shower curtain
Adding a new shower curtain is always a simple and effective way for change. We went for a waffle white one from Dunelm.
3. A new shower
This Amore Electric Shower in Gloss White from Triton has a clever digital touch controls plus a choice of smart finishes, including this beautifully understated gloss white finish, create a superb focal point for your bathroom. Perfectly understated. Fall in love with your shower, with Amore. It even says goodbye to you when you turn it off.
4. Change the bathroom furniture
We used some mango wooden items from Habitat, we love the toilet roll holder shelf!
5. Finishing touches
We added a bath board also from the Habitat Mango Wood Collection for a bit of luxury, and a solid wicker basket from Broste.
