Belvoir Farm launches limited edition Cordial and Lightly Sparkling elderflower bottles
to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III

The delicate elderflower is quintessentially British and now these pretty white blooms that herald the start of summer are back in the spotlight to help celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III. Coinciding with Belvoir Farm’s popular annual Elderflower Harvest which also takes place in May, the Leicestershire-based drinks company has designed two limited-edition celebration bottles for its iconic Elderflower  Cordial and Lightly Sparkling Elderflower that go on sale in supermarkets across the UK from 1 March 2023.

The Coronation Edition bottles feature a ‘happy & glorious’ neck label and main label complete with crown, bunting and bearskin-wearing King’s Guard.

Perfect for street party and garden party celebrations, a splash of Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial (£4.50 500ml) will elevate summer dessert recipes, cocktails and mocktails and has become a staple in kitchens and drinks cabinets across the world since it first went on sale almost 40 years ago. Still made to the same traditional family recipe, it’s also delicious as refreshing tea or as a dash on top of beer for a cooling Elderflower Top. Ready to drink Sparkling Elderflower (£3.50 750ml) with ice makes an ideal summer long drink or mix with Champagne or Prosecco for bubbles with a floral twist.

Working closely with nature, respecting the countryside and supporting sustainable farming to make drinks that taste wildly better, nothing in the Belvoir Farm range contains artificial preservatives, flavourings, colourings or sweeteners – just masses of pressed fresh fruits and freshly picked flowers for a deliciously real taste.

Belvoir Farm has also created a series of Elderflower-inspired recipes for party celebrations – Elderflower Gin FizzElderflower Gin FlingElderflower Panna Cotta and Elderflower Biscuits.

With preparations for this year’s Elderflower Harvest well underway, Belvoir Farm is once again calling upon nature-lovers across its local community to come together and help pick the flowers needed for its elderflower range in exchange for cash. This annual event, with a crucial six-week blooming season between May and June, continues to grow in popularity each year. Picking takes place from Belvoir Farm’s own 60acre organic plantation and from the wild surrounding hedgerows found across Leicestershire and the company’s three bordering counties.
