Created to help the medicine go down. This is a simple mixture of gin and lime cordial.
Ingredients
• 60ml/2 parts Plymouth Gin
• 30ml/1 part Rose’s Lime Cordial
• Lemon twist to garnish
Method
1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime twist.
top tips:
To make a ‘twist’, cut the skin of your citrus fruit over the top of your drink with a sharp knife. Bend the skin over the top of your drink to spray the essential oils from the fruit.
