
Primula Pitta Christmas Trees
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
150g Primula Mature Cheddar
2 pitta breads, toasted and cut into triangles
Pomegranate seeds
1 red chilli, finely chopped
Twiglets, halved
Method:
- Mix Primula Cheese with the flesh of the avocado.
- Place the mixture into a piping bag, ideally fitted with a small ‘star’ nozzle, and pipe onto the pitta. If you don’t have a piping bag, spreading with a knife works just as well.
- Sprinkle with chopped chilli ‘baubles’, place a pomegranate seed ‘star’ at the top and add half a twiglet at the base.
- Serve.
