
Air Fryer Strawberry and Banana Oat Muffins

Valentine’s Air Fryer Strawberry and Banana Oat Muffins feel like gentle warmth in your hands – tender, sweet without added sugar, full of fresh flavour. Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup self-raising flour
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (or diary alternative)
- ¼ cup New Forest Fruit Snacks – Strawberry (chopped if large)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
(Makes 6 muffins)

Method
1. Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
2. In a bowl, mix oats, self-raising flour, baking powder, mashed banana, egg, yogurt, and honey until combined.
3. Fold in New Forest Fruit Snacks gently.
4. Spoon mixture into silicone muffin moulds (fill ¾ full).
5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, until golden and firm to touch.
6. Cool slightly before serving — they’ll firm up as they rest.
