Charity Concierge Returns to Latitude Festival 2026: The Festival Helpers Making Your Weekend Easier
Charity Concierge Returns to Latitude Festival 2026: Charity Concierge will be returning to Latitude Festival this summer with a team of fantastic volunteers to help make your festival experience as easy as possible whilst raising lots of money for maternal and child health charity Child.org.
Latitude returns for its 20th edition in 2026 and will take place at the stunning Henham Park in Suffolk from 23rd-26th July.
What Is Charity Concierge?
Charity Concierge is a festival fundraising initiative that recruits friendly volunteers to provide useful – and occasionally rather luxurious – services to festivalgoers.
The services include a festival buggy service; help with pitching your tent; hiring out of trolleys and wagons around the site to transport your camping equipment; a drinks delivery service (within arm’s length of the stages) to save you losing your spot whilst ordering a drink. And new for this year Child.org are running family hubs at Latitude festival; a calm space for baby changing and feeding.
All the money Charity Concierge raises at Latitude will go towards helping Child.org improve maternal and child health in developing countries by supporting community-led projects that help pregnant women, new mums and their babies around the world.

Festival Buggy Taxis
Whether you are travelling with children, have a lot of bags and equipment to carry or simply can’t bear the thought of trudging across the site with all your gear after a long journey to the festival, Latitude is a big place and the Charity Concierge festival buggy service is here to help.
Offering taxi services around the site, volunteers will drive you and your gear to your destination. With designated areas that the buggies can travel to, ground crew to manage the system and volunteer drivers to get you there safely, this is a service not to be missed. Look out for information at Charity Concierge information points around the site and download the Latitude App to find out more and check where and when the service is running.
As Charity Concierge is offering its very popular Festival Buggy Taxis service at the festival this year, driving festival buggies and being part of the ground crew that supports the taxi service, helping to facilitate the journeys of the Buggies around the site. Volunteers can also offer to be a General Volunteer for the charity’s other services. These services are to be announced soon!
They have a fleet of festival buggies which Charity Concierge volunteers drive around the festival site. They and their teams of ground staff will be ferrying about festival goers and their property. Charity Concierge volunteers work in teams, and they will also be manning information points, managing the various queues and generally making sure the service runs smoothly.
Note that the festival buggy service will operate within set areas of the site, and will be coordinated by volunteers driving the buggies and those on the ground managing the service on the ground. As with previous years, details on where and when the service will be operating will be published on the Latitude Festival App and at various Charity Concierge information points around the site.
Trolley and Wagon Hire
They will have trolley hubs set up around the site where people can hire trolleys and wagons to carry their tents and equipment around the site. This could be particularly useful for families who have travelled to the festival with children as well as people who are going to be at the festival all weekend and don’t want to carry all of their gear around. The festival has a large area so it’s easy to get lost and exhausted walking around the site with all of your gear.

Help With Pitching Your Tent
You arrive at the festival after a long journey with your loads of gear, only to find that somewhere along the way you have forgotten how to put your tent up.
Charity Concierge’s general services volunteers will be able to help set up your tent on the first day of the festival. A simple service but one that will save families with children and novices to camping a lot of time, stress and even a little bit of marriage strife.
Drinks Without Losing Your Spot
The big screens have announced the name of the next performer. You have found a great spot with a good view of the stage. It is now time for a drink. However, the queues for the bars are long and you don’t want to leave your spot. Its the ideal time call on one of the Charity Concierge’s volunteers to go and do that drinks run for you – whilst donating to charity.

Family Hubs for Parents and Babies
Latitude is well known for being a family-friendly festival, and Charity Concierge will also support Child.org’s family hubs inside the main arena.
These spaces will provide a safe area for parents to feed and change their babies whilst being close to the action of the main arena and Child.org will be providing activities for children of all ages to participate in within the Family Hubs. Team Mum volunteers will be based within the hubs and will keep the spaces clean and help to answer any questions that parents may have.
Festival Fun With a Bigger Purpose
Every aspect of the charity’s work at the festival will be raising money for Child.org who work to improve the health of pregnant women, new mothers and their children in less developed countries. They work with local communities and health care systems to try to make sure that all new mothers and their babies have the best chance of survival and of leading happy and healthy lives. Charity Concierge volunteers at Latitude raise tens of thousands of pounds each year for the charity.
For each little bit of luxury and each job that the volunteers complete whilst in Henham Park, thousands of pounds are raised for Child.org helping mothers and their babies worldwide receive crucial healthcare in order to keep them alive and healthy.

Look Out for Charity Concierge at Latitude
If you see someone around Henham Park wearing Latitude Festival uniform then they may well be a Charity Concierge general services volunteer.
Services, operating times, routes and availability are subject to change so it’s always best to check Latitude Festival app, festival information signs and Charity Concierge information points for latest update.
