Crosta & Mollica Panettone and Pandoro are crafted by artisan Italian bakers following time-honoured techniques. The panettone dough starts with a “lievito madre” (mother yeast), enriched with butter and free-range eggs. Each panettone is then slow-proved for forty hours to develop a distinctively rich flavour and light open texture, before being baked in a traditional tunnel oven until perfectly golden brown.

Sumptuous Christmas treats for any time of day, the Crosta & Mollica Panettone and Pandoro pair perfectly with both a cup of coffee to start the morning or a glass of prosecco to round off your Christmas dinner. In Italy, it is customary to take a panettone to people you visit around Christmas. CLASSIC PANETTONE

This quintessential Italian cake has a light buttery texture and is generously filled with candied citrus fruits and sultanas, the perfect centrepiece for every table during the holiday season. The Classic Panettone provides a tasty treat, either on its own or lightly warmed and topped with Zabaglione, the Italian custard.

CHOCOLATE PANETTONE

The Chocolate Panettone is an indulgent, sweet cake studded with rich chocolate pieces, a decadent twist on the classic. PANDORO

Translated to ‘golden bread’, the Crosta & Mollica Pandoro originates from the northern Italian town of Verona and is a light sponge, enriched with butter and free-range eggs. When dusted with icing sugar (included in the box), this star shaped cake resembles the snowy peaks of the Italian Alps at Christmas, making a show-stopping centrepiece.
