
GRAND NOIR Christmas Tree Bites

A show-stopping canapé perfect for festive entertaining. Layers of creamy GRAND NOIR and cranberry jam are stacked to resemble mini-Christmas trees, then sprinkled with nuts for an eye-catching, edible decoration.
Ingredients:
· 200 g GRAND NOIR
· 100 g cranberry jam
· 50 g pistachios
· 50 g dried cranberries
· 4 pretzel sticks
Method:
1. Finely chop the pistachios and dried cranberries. Cut the GRAND NOIR into triangle slices, about 1 cm thick.
2. Spread a thin layer of cranberry jam on each triangle. Stack two triangles on top of each other to form a tree shape.
3. Insert a pretzel stick at the bottom of each stack to act as the tree trunk.
4. Sprinkle the top with chopped pistachios and dried cranberries to resemble tree decorations.
5. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately, or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
